Opis:
In 1949 an intrepid team of surveyors spent 20 consecutive days and nights climbing up and down Ben Nevis and surrounding summits to make the best measurements possible with the equipment available at the time. We now know they were mere centimetres out. It’s testament to how the peaks and high points of Great Britain have been measured so accurately for so long. Now it’s fostered a sense of pride and respect from Angus Hemmings and Mark Greaves who helped re-survey Ben Nevis this time with the latest surveying equipment.
