BD Athlete Allison Vest is known for her indoor competition prowess, becoming the Canadian National Bouldering Champ in both 2018 and 2020. In 2019, she switched it up and became the country’s sport climbing champion as well. But, as she writes, competition climbing can also be “super frustrating” as she experienced on the global competition circuit recently.
