Escursione nella zona storica del Monte Maggio dove sono visibili le testimonianze delle trincee e delle postazione della Grande Guerra, il Sacrario di Malga Zonta a ricordo dei 17 italiani fucilati dai nazisti nella seconda guerra mondiale, e la Base Tuono con i suoi missili simbolo della Guerra Fredda... dal Passo Coe ci si incammina verso la base per salire attraverso il bosco e raggiungere la grande croce di vetta del Monte Maggio... il rientro avviene sul versante opposto lungo il Sentiero della Pace.
