Kranjski alpinistični smučar Boris Zupanc je v južni steni Kokrske Kočne opravil več zahtevnih alpinističnih spustov, večinoma prvenstvenih. Leta 2009 je bil eden od spustov tudi filmsko dokumentiran. Narava nam je pripravila nepozabno zimsko kuliso.
