Trev takes a not so long walk on Dartmoor this week, a hike around the side of Merrivale that he hadn't explored yet, visiting Vixon Tor and Pew Tor among others.
After his Dartmoor in a Day hike, Trev thought that he would be better off relaxing a little this week with a more leisurely stroll, and so, accompanied by another one of his Dartmoor guide leaflets, he set off to follow a route in the Merrivale area, one of his favourite parts of the moor, but exploring a side of it that he hadn't yet been to. Taking a glance at the off-limits Vixon To, her then went off track to take in Feather Tor and Pew Tor, before coming back across Heckwood Tor where he picked up the guided walk once more, visiting Dartmoor's smallest parish Sampford Spiney.
