MOUNTAIN DAYS: Crib Goch with Dave Evans

The knife-edge crest of Crib Goch, which extends from the summit of Snowdon towards the Llanberis Pass, is rightfully heralded as one of the finest ridge scrambles in Britain. It's not hard to see why: it is blessed with incredible views of the distant sea, the peaks and lakes of Snowdonia, and the crowds on the Miners Track. But more than that is its incredible exposure: the sides of the ridge drop away at breath-taking angles giving the long ridge a true sense of drama.
