Wiped Out - A Big Day in the Mountains
After a long day the previous day in the mountains (and suffering from man flu) I was up early and away from the campervan at first light. I knew it was going to be a long day and wasn't too sure if I would manage the full round of two mountain s and (nearly 30km and 2000m ascent). By half way I was pretty wiped out and by the end of the day I was totally wiped out!!
