Today I decided to see how many consecutive one arms I could do. Y'all can decide if this is 9 or 10 haha. My max ever is 10 though.

*note* when I am at the bottom of the rep the tapping sound is NOT my foot touching the floor, it is my toe scuffing the top of my chalk bag I threw down!
