HI ALL! In early June of 2022 I set out with a goal of setting the OVERALL fastest known time (FKT) on the 288 mile Benton MacKaye Trail. In this video you watch the prep days before as well as the entire 'day one'. On FKT attempts such as this I characterize days as time in between sleep.
