Leg workouts for climbers?! Yes WE know that they're of benefit and YOU (deep down) know they're of benefit!

For too many years now, climbers how been afraid of lower body strength and conditioning because they're either scared of getting big legs or think that it's of no benefit. These are incorrect beliefs and we're very happy to challenge them. What's also useful to know, is that because most climbers have quite a poor level of lower body conditioning, almost any exercise regime is likely to have benefit. It's not like those forearm workouts where you're trying to eek out the last 1% of performance.... you're still in the 'easy gains' window here!
