FINAL AND 5TH DAY! In early June of 2022 I set out with a goal of setting the OVERALL fastest known time (FKT) on the 288 mile Benton MacKaye Trail. Not mentioned in this video is the stomach issues I was dealing with the entire day. Check out the video to see how the final day on the BMT went!
