Il passo Cinque Croci (2.016 m) è un valico alpino a sud della catena del Lagorai, fra la Cima Lagorai e la Cima d'Asta. Si raggiunge dal versante sud-occidentale attraverso la Valsugana e la Val Campelle. Giro in Mtb con partenza dalla Valsugana e rientro dal Passo del Brocon.
