Opis:
How about a mid-winter dose of mid-summer hero dirt? This is from one of my 'training rides' back in July. I love trying to push myself when it comes to these endurance decents; you know you're in reasonably good shape when you can clear lactic acid faster than it builds up on a sustained effort like this haha.
