Opis:
Cuando decidí abrir un canal de Youtube, lo hice como terapia para que me resultase más llevadero mi cambio de domicilio de Canarias a Alemania. Cambiar de vida conlleva unas emociones que son muy muy difíciles de gestionar. Son muchos sentimientos que salen y que parecían estar escondidos. Youtube o más bien grabar vídeos y subirlos a esta plataforma, me ha ayudado muchísimo a tener y mantener una interacción que hoy en día se ha vuelto en fundamental para mi. Salir a entrenar y no llevar la cámara se me hace raro.
