Jolie montée sur le sommet qui se trouve en face de Montreux : le Grammont à 2'172 m d'altitude. 22 mai 2020 (avec Gérard K.)
13 km - 1'100 m montée - 1'100 m descente - niveau T2. Course longue qui demande de bonnes jambes en partant du parking du Flon. La 1ère montée vers le lac Taney est la plus rude.
